Here at Grill & Chill, we know another tasty aspect of a bangin’ BBQ lies in the smoky embrace of low & slow cooking. Think melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, juicy ribs, and flavourful brisket. Low & slow cooking isn’t rocket science, but it is a patient art. It unlocks the richest flavours within your meat, but let’s be honest – it can be a time commitment, we’re talking hours or even days.
We’ll still do all the prep work for you – injecting, brining, and dry rubbing for maximum flavour. We’ll even show you how to keep your coals burning low and slow all night long (unless, of course, you’re already a grilling pro, then feel free to skip the tips and just leave the prep to us!).
Our “All The Gear” page will have more useful gadgets and gizmos to make things even easier, such as smoking wood chips and smart temperature probes that link to your phone, so you can check on your grill without even getting up from the sofa!
